This recipe is compliments of my grandma!!! It is super easy and soooo sooo good!!!! It pretty much turns out to taste like a big cookie dough cake :) Of course you can buy fat free or reduced fat versions of the ingredients like I do and try to make yourself feel a little better about eating ALOT of it.
1 package of Chips Ahoy (or off brand) choc chip cookies
1 big tub of cool whip
1/2 gallon milk
rectangular foil pan or casserole dish
Pour some of the milk into a seperate bowl. Spread a bit of cool whip on the bottom of your pan or casserole dish, just about 1/2 inch thick. Dunk cookies into milk for about 5 seconds and immediately line cookies in a single layer ontop of cool whip layer. Repeat these steps again, ending with another cool whip layer. Place into fridge 2 hours or so to set.

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
If yall are like me and you like to be a tad bit "lazy" when it comes to cookin sometimes.......you will love this recipe! It is so easy and so delicious!! You can put it on hamburger buns, tortillas, or even on top of some nachos with some shredded cheddar......whatever your little heart desires :)
BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICHES
1 1/2 - 2 LBS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN (breast or strips.....doesnt matter)
1 bottle BBQ SAUCE ....... I used kraft hickory smoke, it was on sale :)
1 20 oz can CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
a bit of CILANTRO to garnisih, or even cook in the crockpot along with the mix
Place your chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the BBQ sauce and pineapple (drained slightly) on top of the chicken and set on low for 5-6 hours.... 30 min. to an hour before you are ready to eat, take the chicken out and shred with two forks. Next, place the shredded chicken back into the bbq sauce mix and keep on cookin!!!! You can also cook the chicken on high for 3 hours if you need it ready faster :) FYI, it will make about 8 sandwiches......we ate it with some baked fries. Cole slaw or pasta salad would be good with it as well.
